How can I get the tracking number for my parcel?

Please note that it takes 1-2 working days to process your order, and the tracking number for your parcel will be emailed to you right after your order is shipped. 


However, the email with shipping information may go to the spam folder, as service@huiontablet.com is not included in the whitelist of your contact. In this case, please put service@huiontablet.com at your contact whitelist and you will find the email with shipping information, where the tracking number for your parcel can be learned. 


If the above mentioned solution does not help you reach the email you want, please email Huion Customer Support Team (service@huiontablet.com) with your issue specified, where the following info should be included:
