What should I know if I want to make a return/refund request?

Generally the return/refund request should be made within 30 days since the day you make the payment. In case your parcel reaches you beyond the maximum estimated date of arrival, or 30 days later since you place the order, return/refund request should be made within the following 7 calendar days. For either specific case mentioned above, whichever takes longer will be taken as the final. In other words, for quality issues(if there is any), there will be at least 7 days for you to make a return/refund request.

Please email Huion Customer Support Team (service@huiontablet.com) with your request specified, where the following info should be included: 

-Order Number.

-Reason why you make the return/refund request. 

-Reference that supports your claim.
